LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Barbie is honoring a Las Vegas doctor as part of a line of dolls designed to thank frontline heroes.
Toymaker Mattel said in a news release that six new Barbie dolls will honor individuals leading the fight against COVID-19.
Among those figures is one based on Dr. Audrey Sue Cruz of Las Vegas. Mattel credits her with joining other Asian-American doctors in the fight against racial bias and discrimination.

Cambria County Post Office will remain open after lease dispute
Johnstown, Pa — It was last month when a Cambria County post office announced it was potentially going to close its doors for good due to a lease dispute.
However, that is no longer the case.
An official with the United States Postal Service tells 6 News the Beaverdale Post Office will no longer be suspending its service and residents are thrilled.

Former police officer sentenced to jail time in DuBois bar shooting
DUBOIS, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Clearfield County say a former police officer has been sentenced to jail time after pleading guilty to various charges in connection to a shooting last February at a DuBois-area bar.
Officials say Zachery Dodson appeared in court Wednesday where he was sentenced to serve 1 to 2 years in either the Jefferson or Clarion county jail, following by 96 months (8 years) of probation.

Woman abducted in one of state's biggest manhunts reflects 50 years later

Hollidaysburg pediatrician accused of writing illegal prescriptions
ALTOONA -- Dr. Rebecca Delbaggio turned herself in Tuesday morning after the State Attorney General's Office alleged that she wrote illegal prescriptions for her boyfriend, who was not her patient.
She faces 14 felony drug counts and one count of conspiracy as well as dozens of misdemeanor charges.
Delbaggio was a pediatrician at UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics in Hollidaysburg, according to the criminal complaint.
Pittsburgh-based UPMC media relations manager Andrea Kunicky said that Delbaggio was first suspended, then ultimately terminated when the company discovered the illegal activity.
